去年夏末的某天,我騎著摩托車載著滿滿一箱古瓷片,來到景德鎮進坑村的水碓旁,似乎那裏的水更清澈、甘甜。烈日的強光伴隨著知了的沸騰,安靜的山谷熱鬧非凡。四周只有我自己,但來回在我眼皮子底下悄悄蠕動的各種非哺乳類動物,時常能帶給我驚喜。
One day last summer, carrying a box full of ancient ceramics, I rode my bike to the water-powered trip-hammer of JinKeng Village, in Jingde Town. The water there seemed clearer and sweeter. With the strong sunlight, and the noisy cicada, I was the only one in the
boisterous valley. The squirming insects in my sight always surprised me.







我把剛從老鄉那兒買來的瓷片輕輕的放在水裏,摟起褲腿踩在冰涼的山泉水中,溫柔的搓洗著瓷片上的泥土,又一片一片的堆放在溪水流過的地方,漸漸的越放越多。還沒來得及清點數量,一群魚兒遊了過來。
I put the ceramics I just bought from the folks into the water gently. I stepped into the cool water, scrubbing the dirt on them, and then put them in the place where the stream flows through piece by piece. Gradully, more and more. Before I counted the number, a school of fish swam up.



我連忙收起腳往後退了幾步,生怕打擾到這個場面,因為來的魚不少,大大小小少說有上百條。不由得看著他們嘴裏都囔著:“你們是誰?從哪裏來?”說完自己便笑了,如此美妙的一瞬間。
I stepped back in a hurry, being afraid of disturbing this party. Because there are so much fish, large or little, at least 100. I watched them mumbling, "Who are you? where are you from?" And then they laughed. It was such a wonderful moment.



我是雙魚座,喜歡釣魚,更喜歡吃魚,也同時在研究著漁文化,來到景德鎮自然對目標魚發起進攻:在一年的時間裏,收集1000片以內魚的古代瓷片。聽起來這有些不可思議,但我卻是一直這麽堅持著,閑暇之余會跑到夜市逛一逛,只要有就討價買下來。即使是遇到同一朝代同一款式的,我也會收集,試著幻想那些畫匠起筆落筆的樣子等等,我曾猜疑是同一批畫匠或同一位畫匠所為......
I am a Pisces, like fishing, and prefer eating, meanwhile, I am studying the fisheries culture. Coming to Jingdezhen, I have more chances to collect the ceramics about fish. Within a year, I collected about 1000 pieces of ancient ceramics. It sounds inconceivable, but I have been so persistent. I will hang out in the night market in my spare time. I will take it as long as I find one. Even if they are the same style and from the same dynasty, I don't mind. I am always trying imagining how the artisan-painters do this work. I used to guess that if they were from the same painter or the same group of painters...



我的瓷片怎麽來的?首先得感謝夜市上那位姓劉的老大哥,我去他的攤位次數最多,一蹲就是一個來小時,而且收獲時常有,價格也不貴,從十來二十塊起買些普通的,稍微精品些的例如影青或畫工精致的,自然價就高許多。
Where did my ceramics come from? First of all, I need to thank the old brother surnamed Liu in the night market. Mostly, I went to his stall, squatting there for at least one hour. And I can always get something at a reasonable cost. 10-20 yuan for some ordinary, and higher for some fine.

長時間的接觸我們成了好朋友,我也跟他無話不談,我把我怎麽從深圳來的為什麽收集魚瓷片統統對他傾述。他仿佛知道我需要些什麽,有意的為我尋覓了不低於600片的魚瓷片,後來有一天我主動約了他:“您能帶我去看看你們挖瓷片的現場嗎?”他毫不猶豫的答應了。
We become friends in the long run. We talk about everything, I tell him why I come here from Shenzhen and why I collect so many ceramics. And it seems that he knows what I need, he managed to find me about 600 pieces of fish ceramics. Then one day, I asked him, "if you can take me to your excavation site?" He said "Yes" without hesitation.

這是在景德镇昌江邊不遠的一個新樓盤,我不曾想過瓷片是在這樣的環境下所取得。
This is a new flat near Changjiang River in Jingdezhen. I have never thought that the ceramics were dug out in such circumstances.



挖機不是為索取瓷片的人們所準備!

遠遠望去,工地上零零散散也就十來個人,都各自在用工具刨著跟前的土,時不時的彎下身去拾些瓷片上來。
From a distant place, I can see about 10 people scattering on the site, scratching the dirt in front of them with their tools, bending down to pick the ceramics up from time to time.











景德鎮雖說是江南氣候,但炎炎的夏日也是酷熱難耐的,白炙的陽光熏烤在剛翻起的泥土上,本是陰潤的涼意也驟然變成熱蒸汽,掀起滾滾熱浪在工地上空肆意遊蕩。
Although Jingdezhen belongs to Jiangnan climate, the hot summer is intolerable. The sun bakes the earth that has been just turned, the cool turns into heated vapor. The heat wave rolls over the site.   









偶爾從褐黃色的泥土中露出一點白來,工人們也會眼前一亮。如果遇到瓷片群,必然會召喚其他的隊友前來幫忙。
Onece in a while, a little white shows up from the brown earth, the workers' eyes will be lit up. If they meet a pile of ceramics, they will call up the other teammates for help.







我的此次前行,更是驚喜連連,從第一塊魚瓷片到臨走前的七片,雖然數量不多,但也算得上是收獲不錯了。
I had a lot of surprises this time. I got seven pieces. Although that was not a large amount, it was a pretty good harvest for me.





我雖是開心,但發現許多老鄉對此並不滿意,花高的價錢包下來一片工地,獲得允許證明是非常不容易的事情,在攀談過程中了解到,他們很多人是以這樣的方式在生存著,但結果卻往往不盡人意。
Although I was happy, the folks were not satisfied. They contracted this site at a high price, and it is also very difficult to get the permission, so the result leaves much to be desired.  From the conversation, I know that many of them make a living in this way.



- 南有景德.北有彭城 -
South has Jingde, North has Pengcheng


從古到今,在陶瓷行業一直有句話叫做:南有景德,北有彭城。
Throughout the history, there is a saying in the ceramic industry: South has Jingde, north has Pengcheng.

彭城是哪裏?古代的彭城位於河北邯鄲市磁縣一帶,即是如今的彭城镇,距離邯鄲大約30公裏的郊區。這裏住著一位守護千年窯火的老人,怹的名字叫作劉立忠,從事陶瓷研究近50余載,曾先後恢復失傳磁州窯傳統陶瓷技法共26項的這麽一位老先生。同樣怹也是一位普通的老百姓,每逢周末必到集市上的攤位前挑選瓷片,至今在怹的資料庫裏,已經堆放了過萬片各朝代的瓷片,從圖案到文字不等。
Where is Pengcheng? Ancient Pengcheng lay in Handan Hebei Province. It is Pengcheng town nowadays, about 30 kilometers from Handan. There lived an old man who gurded the millennium kiln fire. He is named Liu Lizhong, studying ceramics for 50 years. He has recovered 26 traditional ceramic techniques of Cizhou Kiln. He is also an ordinary people. He must go to the market to choose ceramics every weekend. So far, he has more than 10,000 pieces from all dynasties in his databank.











這組照片拍攝於2016年8月初的夏天,那天清晨我有幸跟著老先生第一次在北方的集市上淘瓷片......
This picture was taken on a summer day,2016. On that morning, I had the pleasure to to the market to look for the ceramics with the old man.



老先生曾對我說過:“我收集到的所有瓷片,都會畫一遍。然後做成文檔分類放起來,在找的時候也方便些......”
The old man used to say to me, "All the ceramics I collect, I will copy it. Then put them away in groups, in that way, it will be convenient for me to look for..."

我為什麽收集這麽多跟漁有關的碎瓷片?
Why do I collect so many ceramics that are related to fishing?

首先,我在查閱資料時發現,所有跟漁業有關的物品,基本上都經不起歲月的蹉跎,除了個別的金屬,如:鐵、銅器、矛鉤或捕魚的叉子等,仍然可以保存至今。但漁船,魚竿,漁網這些容易腐蝕的則很少能留到現在了。唯獨陶器,瓷器隱藏的時間最長遠,從新石器時代的魚型圖案陶罐到唐宋元明清的各窯口瓷器來看,遺留下來數據是最多的。這裏又主要體現在磁州窯的魚藻紋盆,紅綠彩;景德鎮青花,影青,釉上彩;福建龍泉窯;長沙的銅官窯等等。可想漁業對人類的影響是很淵遠的。
First of all, when I do some research, I find that almost all the things that are related to fishing can't be preserved for years, except for some metals, such as: iron, copper ware, and things like that can be preserved to this day. The boat, fishing rods or the fishing net can be easily corroded. Only the pottery and porcelain can be hidden for the longest time. From the fsh shaped pottery pot in the neolithic age to the porcelains in the tang and song dynasties, you can see it is a large amount. There are fishing algae grain basin from  Cizhou Kiln, china flower, misty blue, overglaze color from Jingdezhen, Longquan kiln, Tongguan Kiln and so on. The effects of fisheries on humans have a long history.

除了在瓷器上找尋魚兒們的蹤跡,我時常觀察當時在畫面中古代人類的生活場景,貧富差距,詩情畫意,這是件相當有趣的事情,至少它已是我生命中的一部分。我也熱愛著這一切,當每一片瓷片落在我手上時,我都視為珍寶愛不釋手。
I always look for fish from the china, and I sometimes observe the scenes of ancient human life ,  the gap of wealth, the poetic illusion. It is quite an interesting thing, at least it has been part of my life. I love all these. Every piece in my hand, will be regarded as a treasure.



過去的人們沒有電影,沒有連環畫,更多的是利用瓷器作為載體,把人間百態描繪在上面,它留給我們後人的不止是文化遺產,相信更多的是一份情感寄托。
There usedn't to be movies or comics for people. So, china was used as the carrier, people drew the color world on it. It is not just the culture heritage for the future generations, it is also an emotional sustenance.
